It is quite simple and you get to avoid all the troubles that come with a completely new installation. Cabinet refacing as the name implies means putting a new face on an old cabinet. This technique works when the cabinet base or body is still in good condition. Only certain features like the old doors, drawer fronts, and other related surface fixtures of the cabinet will be removed. The rest of the wooden base is left intact but will be inspected for repairs while the exposed frames will be covered with a layer or laminate or wood veneer.
 
Cabinet Painting
